CI has developed an ensemble of clinical and financial audit tools, referred to as the DRG Assessment Matrix (DAM) Report.  The DAM Report helps to target patient populations suggesting the greatest improvement opportunity  combined with subjective assessment, historical data, and comparative benchmarks.  It brings health care data into focus with emphasis on actionable information that supports successful business decisions.  It is utilized as a project selection and evaluation tool and takes into consideration a blend of quality, efficiency, and financial criteria to effectively measure quality improvement opportunity and success.
